Arrests

Feb. 17

9:48 p.m.: Terez Dominique Lewis, 32, of Marshall, was arrested after officers stopped a white Dodge that was acting suspiciously on West Broadway Boulevard near Grand Avenue. The suspect was arrested for driving with a suspended license and a failure to appear warrant and transported to the Pettis County Jail. 

Incidents

Feb. 16

4:57 p.m.: An officer reported to the 400 block of East Second Street for a burglary that had recently occurred. Items stolen included a firearm.

Feb. 17

3:53 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of South Moniteau Avenue for a report of domestic violence. Officers spoke with the victim, who was punched in the face by a known suspect. The suspect stole the victim’s phone, preventing her from contacting 911. The victim went to a nearby family’s residence for assistance and then contacted the police. She was treated and evaluated by the Pettis County Ambulance District. The suspect fled the residence before police arrived and was not located. State charges are being sent to the State Prosecutor's office.

5:17 p.m.: An officer responded to a business in the 2100 block of West Broadway Boulevard in reference to a theft. A male subject had come into the store and stole a subwoofer and amplifier combination box. The suspect has not been identified.

6:01 p.m.: A destruction of property incident was reported in the 2500 block of West Main Street. The complainant reported that his truck had been damaged by a rock that was thrown through the back window. The damage is approximately $400.
