Feb. 23
10:35 a.m.: An officer took a report over the phone of a violation of an ex parte court order and property damage that occurred in the 3100 block of Clinton Road.
1:10 p.m.: An officer responded to a business in the 300 block of North Iron Avenue in reference to a stolen vehicle that someone was attempting to scrap. Upon arrival, the officer verified the vehicle had been stolen out of Morgan County in 2018. Contact was made with all subjects involved and the vehicle was towed.
5:35 p.m.: Officers responded to the 1200 block of East 24th Street in reference to a theft. The victim reported a female subject forged a check in her name in the amount of $800 and tried to cash it. The female subject has not been identified at this time.
