Arrests

Feb. 3

11:50 a.m.: John Rodney Spratley Jr., 45, of the 800 block of East Ninth Street, and Joshua W. Moulder, 36, of the 700 block of East 10th Street, were issued a municipal court summons near East Ninth Street and South Ingram Avenue. Officers were dispatched to the area in reference to an assault. After investigating the incident both parties were issued a court summons for Public Peace Disturbance for fighting in public.

Feb. 4

2:18 a.m.: Donovan Lee Sims, 43, of the 1300 block of East Boonville Street, was arrested near the intersection of North Ohio Avenue and East Cooper Street for driving with a revoked license. A traffic stop was conducted for a vehicle with no registration displayed.

Incidents

Feb. 3

2:15 p.m.: An officer responded to the 1200 block of South Limit Avenue for a sexual assault not in progress. The investigation is ongoing.

Incidents

Feb. 3

8 a.m.: Deputies responded to the 2800 block of South New York Avenue in reference to a stolen vehicle and engine. At the time of the report, no suspects have been identified. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Pettis County Sheriff's Office at 660-827-0052.
