10:32 a.m.: Jason T. Milburn, 45, of the 600 block of North Grand Ave. was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of South Limit Ave. in reference to a physical domestic disturbance. During the course of the investigation it was revealed a rape and domestic assault had occurred. Milburn was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending charges of second-degree rape and third-degree domestic assault.
8:45 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of East Third St. for a report of property damage. They gathered information from the victim and a report was completed.
6:52 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of South Osage Ave. in reference to property damage.
8:27 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of South Limit Ave. in reference to a stolen wallet.
11:05 p.m.: James Parker was arrested after a deputy was dispatched to the 3000 block of Brooking Park Boulevard for a reported assault. Parker was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending a charge of Fourth degree assault.
12:05 a.m.: Humberto Nunez Gutierrez, 53, of Sedalia was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident. He was transported to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office and released
