9:19 p.m.: Kynndrick P. Brooks, 18, of Milo was arrested after a traffic stop near W. 16th St. and S. Barrett Ave. for speeding. Brooks was intoxicated and was transported to the police department then the Pettis County Jail pending a charge of DWI - alcohol.
7:26 a.m.: Staci J. Simmer, 32, of the 1100 block of E. 10th St., was issued a summons after officers were dispatched regarding an animal running at large. A dog got loose and killed a neighbor's cat. The owner was issued a citation for animal running at large.
9:00 p.m.: Ira Hawkins, 36, of the 300 block of W. Seventh St. was arrested after an officer responded to a possible child abuse and neglect complaint. Hawkins was transported to the Pettis County Jail and held for 24 hours pending charges of abuse or neglect of a child and fourth-degree domestic assault.
9:36 p.m.:Mitchel William Duncan, 36, of the 400 block of N. Quincy Ave. was arrested regarding a domestic disturbance. Duncan had fled the scene but was later arrested in an unrelated case after officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of W. Main St. in reference to a burglary. Duncan was located hiding behind the business. While waiting for treatment at Bothwell he assaulted an officer. A request for charges of third-degree domestic aggravated assault and property damage, second-degree burglary and resisting arrest were submitted to the prosecutor.
2:20 a.m.: Noldgi Hansh Brioche, was arrested after an officer responded to E. 24th St. and S. Ingram Ave. in response to a disturbance. Brioche had threatened another person and tried to run their vehicle off the road. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and held for 24 hours pending charges of harassment and careless driving.
12:09 a.m.: An officer responded to the 1400 block of S. Beacon Ave. in reference to a missing person. The complainant reported his wife had left the residence and had not returned after several hours. The complainant voiced concerns due to mental health related issues. The subject was entered into the system as missing but was later located safe and removed.
