2:22 a.m Stephen Bartlett, 39, of the 1800 block of South Grand Avenue, was arrested when officers conducted a traffic stop near East Broadway Boulevard and South Brown Avenue after a vehicle was observed crossing lane dividers. It was determined the driver was intoxicated. The subjected was arrested and transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for a blood draw. He was fingerprinted and issued a UTTT for DWI before being released as a sober driver.
9:53 a.m. Bo Fisher, 23, of Fayette, was arrested when officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of 17th and Vermont on a vehicle with expired registration. The driver was placed under arrest for driving with a revoked driver’s license. He was transported to the Sedalia Police Department, fingerprinted, and released with a municipal summons.
2:34 p.m. Gregory Wilson, 42, of the 1500 block of S. Quincy Ave., was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license after officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of 14th and Stewart. Wilson was transported to the Sedalia Police Department, fingerprinted and released with a municipal summons.
4:13 p.m. Brittney Wright, 35, of Boonville, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 3200 block of W. Broad Blvd. for a report of a theft in progress. An asset protection member stated a subject was getting ready to push a shopping cart full of merchandise out the door without paying for it. Upon arrival, the suspect had been stopped by asset protection for over $1,200 worth of merchandise. During a search of the subject, a glass methamphetamine pipe was located. Wright faces charges of shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail.
7:39 p.m. Aliya Riggs, 23, of the 800 block of East 15th Street, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the address in reference to a stabbing. Two victims were located and transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by the Pettis County Ambulance District. Officers arrested and located Riggs before taking her into custody without further incident. She faces charges of first degree domestic assault, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and third degree aggravated domestic assault. She was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center to be cleared for cleared for confinement before being transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24 hour jail.
8:40 p.m. Lacey Lemens, 34, of the 900 block of South Kentucky Avenue was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 900 block of South Kentucky Avenue in reference to a threat. It was determined the subject had threatened to kill the caller. Lemens was arrested on charges of first degree harassment. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was placed on a 24 hour hold.
12:03 p.m. Antonio Murphy, 37, of the 600 block of West 6th Street, was arrested after officers responded to a report of sexual misconduct that occurred in the 400 block of West Broadway Boulevard. A female subject reported a male customer exposed himself while applying for life insurance. Murphy was later located, arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail to be placed on a 24 hour hold. Murphy was charged with first degree sexual misconduct and harassment to frighten or disturb another person.
8:58 p.m. Angela Barney, 47, of the 1200 block of South Osage Avenue, was arrested when officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of 13th Street and Kentucky Avenue. Officers discovered Barney was in possession of controlled substance. She was arrested on charges of drug possession. Barney was transported to the Pettis County Jail where she was booked and released.
Officers responded to a call for a lost wallet near the 3100 block of West Broadway Boulevard The reporting party stated she lost her wallet near the location. Information on the wallet and its contents were gathered, and a report was generated.
9:18 p.m. Officers responded to Missouri Bank, 1601 South Limit Avenue, in reference to a forgery. The reporting party stated four business checks were stole and altered before being cashed at Missouri Bank.
8:52 p.m. Officers responded to Break Time, 318 West Broadway Boulevard, in reference to a theft. A hispanic man reportedly stole bags of ice from the business. The male has not been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
7:54 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of South Grand Ave. in reference to a person who had either gone under cardiac arrest or was currently at the time of the call.
9:16 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of W. 18th Street for a report of theft. Officers arrived to the scenes gathered information, documentation and a report was made.
10:14 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of West Broadway Boulevard for a report of a vehicle being stolen.
9:48 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Duke Drive in reference to a theft of copper tubing that occurred the morning of Dec. 26.
5:56 p.m. Officers responded to the 4000 block of Wisconsin Avenue for reports of a pst occurred theft report. Information was taken for a report.
6:10 p.m. Officers responded to the 4000 block of Wisconsin Ave. for reports of past occurred stealing. Information was gathered for a report.
11:09 p.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of South Moniteau Avenue for a potential disturbance in progress. Officers spoke with two subjects on scene who were noticeably intoxicated. Both made claims of assault and had injuries, but no charges were requested for either side. A general information report was collected for documentation.
Midnight: Andrew Ellbracht, 40, of Warrensburg was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain the right half of the roadway and no insurance. He was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center before being released.
8:51 p.m. Candace Kadtke, 40 of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated and failure to have two head lights. She was released.
7:01 p.m. April Sturegeon, 30, of Camdenton, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated with a person under 17 in the vehicle. She was held at the Warrensburg Police Department before being released.
