Arrests

Dec. 30

12:20 p.m.: Dustin Lee Mcilroy, 43, was arrested after officers responded to the 1200 block of West Fifth Street for a report of a man sleeping in the backseat of a vehicle behind a house. McIlroy was found to be in violation of an order of protection being at the residence and also had a Pettis County warrant. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

Incidents

Dec. 26

9:56 a.m.: An officer took a theft report by phone from the 3500 block of West Broadway Boulevard where a woman reported her iPad was stolen from her vehicle. Since then two Walmart gift cards were accessed on her tablet and used. The investigation is ongoing.

Dec. 30

3:26 p.m.: Officers took a theft report from the 3500 block of Green Ridge road.

Pettis County Sheriff’s Office

Arrests

Dec. 28

10:14 p.m.: Gregory Hulbert and Melissa McClanahan were arrested after Pettis County deputies conducted a traffic stop near West Saline Street and Veterans Memorial Drive for a registration violation. The driver consented to a search of the vehicle and suspected methamphetamine/fentanyl was located. Hulburt was transported to the Pettis County Jail and charged with second-degree drug trafficking and possession of a controlled substance. McClanahan was arrested for second-degree drug trafficking and possession of a controlled substance. She also had an active warrant for probation and parole that was confirmed with no bond.

Arrests

Dec. 30

212 p.m.: Benjamin Pasqual, 26, of Sedalia was arrested in Moniteau County for driving while suspended - first offense and speeding. He was transported to the Moniteau County Jail and released.

6:40 p.m.: Kelly S. Hilty, 62, of Raymore was arrested in Henry County for driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. She was transported to the Henry County Sheriff's department and released.
