Jan. 20

4:23 p.m.: Jesus Eduardo Vanegas Soto, 24, was arrested after a traffic stop at the intersection of Seventh Street and Harrison Avenue for operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license. Soto was transported to the police department, fingerprinted and released with a citation.

Jan. 21

Time unreported: Summer Joy Teeter, 45, was arrested after a traffic stop in the 1200 block of South Carr Avenue for an expired registration. Teeter had a suspended driver's license and was transported to the police department, issued a citation for driving while suspended and released.

6:41 p.m. Donna Suzanne Thorne, 68, was arrested after an officer was dispatched to assist with the traffic crash at South Kentucky Avenue and West 13th Street. Thorne was intoxicated and was transported to Bothwell for a blood draw then released with a uniform traffic ticket for DWI.

Incidents

Jan. 20

12:22 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to Cloverdale Lake, 5257 West 32nd Street, in reference to a vehicle in the water. The reporting party was fishing using a sonar device and located the truck in the water.

Jan. 21

3:32 p.m.: A call came in from the 1400 block of Liberty Park Boulevard regarding a vehicle that was stolen. Information was gathered for a report and the vehicle was entered into the system as stolen.

Jan. 21

3:00 a.m.: Deputies took a report for a burglary in the 16000 block of Rt. H in Pettis County. The investigation continues.

Arrests

Jan. 21

9:00 p.m.: Adam J. Maysent, 39, of Clinton was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
