Arrests

Jan. 23

1:54 p.m.: Glenn Eugene Lawrence, 42, was arrested after officers made contact with a subject in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard in reference to an ongoing investigation. Police had developed probable cause and Lawrence was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of felony failure to register as a sex offender and felony possession of child pornography

Jan. 24

12:45 p.m.: Angela Michelle Kempf was arrested after a traffic stop at 10th Street and Kentucky Avenue on a vehicle with expired registration. Kempf was driving with a suspended license and was transported to the Pettis County Jail, issued citations for driving without a license, no proof of insurance and expired registration and was released.

9:29 p.m.: Isidro Alejo Ubaldo, 45, was arrested after a traffic stop for a vehicle being operated by an individual known to have a revoked driving status. The driver was intoxicated and had an outstanding warrant for DWI. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending charges of DWI, driving while suspended and the warrant.

Jan. 25

12:42 a.m.: Colton Thomas Lecroy, 22, was arrested after a traffic stop on a vehicle for a lane violation near East Broadway Boulevard and South Summit Avenue. Lecroy was intoxicated and was transported to the police department where he was issued a uniform traffic ticket for DWI and released to a sober driver.

Jan. 26

12:17 a.m.: Darron Cannon, 23, was arrested after a vehicle stop for speeding on West Broadway Boulevard near Industrial Boulevard. Cannon was intoxicated and he was transported to the police department then the Pettis County Jail pending a charge of DWI alcohol - drug.

10:15 p.m.: Scott Donald Goalder, 63, was arrested after a traffic stop for failing to maintain a lane near West Broadway Boulevard and South Harrison Avenue. Goalder was uncooperative and was intoxicated, he refused to exit the vehicle after multiple directives and being informed he was under arrest. He was removed from the vehicle, restrained and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending charges of felony DWI and felony resisting arrest.

Jan. 24

8:54 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of South Limit Avenue for a reported burglary. The investigation is ongoing.

10:53 a.m.: Officers responded to a reported overdose in the 1800 block of South Barrett Avenue. An individual was transported to Bothwell by the Pettis County ambulance District.

1:10 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 3500 block of West Broadway Boulevard for a reported missing person. The individual was identified and entered into the system as missing.

6:33 p.m.: Officers responded to the 1700 block of South Harrison Avenue in reference to a domestic disturbance. They were unable to determine the primary aggressor and both parties agreed to separate for the evening. A 12-hour log was completed.

Jan. 25

6:56 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to a theft in the 2400 block of West Main Street. The victim reported someone stole their rear license plate.

9:54 p.m.: Officers responded to Wendy's, 1301 South Limit Ave, in reference to a theft. The victim said a male subject stole his locked-up bike from the restaurant. An investigation is ongoing.

Jan. 26

6:35 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of West 6th Street in reference to theft from a vehicle. The victim stated someone stole her purse from her vehicle overnight.

10:06 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 900 block of South Harrison Avenue in reference to a theft from a vehicle. The victim said a backpack, laptop and knife were stolen out of their vehicle overnight.

11:13 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1300 Block of South Harrison Avenue for a reported theft.

1:34 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of East Ninth Street for a reported domestic assault. A primarily aggressor was unable to be determined so a 12-hour log was completed.

Jan. 24

6:30 a.m.: A deputy was dispatched to US 50 at Dresden Road for a motor vehicle crash. A Honda CRV and a Ford Fiesta were involved in a non-injury accident.

2:14 p.m.: A caller in the 4500 block of South Limit Avenue from the State of Illinois reported the license plate to his flat trailer was either lost or stolen.

Jan. 25

4:00 p.m.: A caller from the 1600 block of Timber Ridge Drive reported being the victim of a fraud.

Jan. 24

4:22 p.m.: Evan M. Ward, 34, of Appleton city was arrested in Henry County for felony tampering with a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash. He was transported to the Henry County Jail and released.

Jan. 25

5:20 p.m.: Sarah M. Rockers, 43, of Paola, KS was arrested in Morgan County for DWI - prior offender, failure to maintain the right-half of the roadway resulting in an accident and no insurance. She was released for medical treatment.

10:32 p.m.: Austin W. Horton, 29, of Independence was arrested in Saline County for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, and three Harris County Traffic warrants. He was transported to the Saline County Jail.

Jan. 26

12:26 a.m.: Nina F. Sutcliffe, 48, of Clinton was arrested in Henry County for possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor Henry County failure to appear warrant. She was transported to the Henry County Jail.

2:20 a.m.: Karly B. Bruce, 21, of Edwards was arrested in Benton County for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash. She was transported to the Benton County Jail and released.

2:36 a.m.: Kioki M. Ioanis, 32, of Marshall was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated, speeding, a turn signal violation and a lane violation. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released.

10:00 p.m. Jacklyn M. Opzedek, 26, of Warsaw was arrested in Benton County for driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash, no valid plates and no insurance. She was transported to the Benton County Jail and released.

11:43 p.m.: Christopher L. Aderholt, 34, of Leeton was arrested in Johnson County for resisting arrest by fleeing, careless and imprudent driving and operating a motor vehicle on a designated pedestrian trail. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail and released.

Jan. 27

1:22 a.m.: Cameron L. Schulenburg, 23, of Lee's Summit was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
