Arrests

Dec. 29

5:10 p.m. Teresa Anne Estes, 55, of the 2900 block of Keith Allen Drive, was arrested when officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of 16th and Ohio. It was determined the driver was driving with a revoked license. She was placed under arrest of driving w/ a suspended or revoked license. She was also cited for no proof of insurance, a seatbelt violation and open container violations.

Dec. 30

2:03 p.m. Joshua Scott Thaller, 32, of the 500 block of 7th Street, was issued a summons for stealing after officers were dispatched to Walmart at 3201 W. Broadway Blvd. for stealing. The suspect was given a citation with a court date of March 10.

Dec. 31

Mishey C. Jones, 37, of the 900 block of Winchester Drive, was arrested for domestic assualt after officers responded to reports of a domestic disturbance. She faces thir charges of third degree assault.

Jan. 1

7:55 p.m. Joshua Alan Couch, 43, of the 1900 block of South Park Avenue., was arrested when officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 11th and South Kentucky Avenue on a vehicle with expired registration. During the traffic stop, officers learned the driver was suspended. Couch was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail for a book and release.

Incidents

Dec. 22

6:55 p.m. Officers responded to 4400 Wisconsin Ave. for reports of previous trespassing. Information was gathered for a report.

Dec. 27

12:42 p.m. An employee of Shell Gas Station, 1722 W. Broadway, reported a theft that occurred on Christmas.

Dec. 30

2:20 p.m.: An employee of Shell Gas Station, 1722 W. Broadway, reported a theft that occurred on Dec. 18.

6:59 p.m Officers responded to East 6th Street and South Marvin Avenue for a found property report. A wallet containing an ID and several credit cards were located near the intersection. Attempts were made to return the property but were unsuccessful. The wallet was entered into evidence for safe keeping.

Jan. 1

1:25 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of East 28th Street in regards to a burglary. Officers spoke with the reporting party to gather information for a report. There is currently no suspect.

2:41 a.m. Officers responded to the 100 block of East Jackson Street for a report of a disturbance. Subjects at the residence had engaged in a physical altercation and one sbjecte sustained injury. No charges are being sought.

11:07 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of West 10th Street in regards to a disturbance. An investigation determined violence occurred, but the primary aggressor could not be identified. The incident was documented in a 12 hour log and the subjects agreed to separate for the night.
