9:43 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the Sedalia Police Department lobby in reference to a subject reporting harassment over the phone, through social media and text.
10:42 a.m.: Officers responded to the 1100 block of West 10th St. in reference to a child's bicycle located in a yard nearby that did not belong there. The bicycle was not listed as stolen and was placed into evidence as found property.
2:15 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to Otten's Small Engine Repair, 2617 East Broadway Blvd, for a report of property damage. They gathered information and documented the damage for a report.
9:15 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of South Hancock Avenue regarding a burglary possibly still in progress. They did not discover anyone else in the residence and a list of items taken from the home was taken.
2:09 a.m.: officers were dispatched to a home invasion in progress in the 500 block of West Seventh St..
10:55 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of South Myrtle St. and La Monte for a report of property damage to vehicles. They determined a bullet went through one vehicle and came out striking another vehicle, damaging it as well. Information was gathered and an investigation is ongoing
5:30 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to the Sedalia Police Department regarding an assault in the 33000 block of Lookout Road. Charges are being submitted.
8:42 a.m.: Charles Malan was arrested after deputies were dispatched to the 600 block of McVey Road in reference to an indecent exposure to a delivery driver. Contact was made with the victim who said a male subject met her in his driveway with no clothing on the lower half of his body. Deputies made contact with the suspect and Malan was placed under arrest for first-degree sexual misconduct. Charges are being submitted to the Pettis County Prosecuting attorney.
Midnight: Deputies were forwarded a report from the Howard County Sheriff's Office in reference to concern for an 11 year old child. The report states the child was acting out in a sexual manner in front of other children and there was concern the child may have been sexually abused. The incident allegedly occurred at a house on East Boonville St. in Sedalia. Pettis County detectives are actively investigating this report.
5:07 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to the 17600 block of Fristo Road for a 911 hang-up. They determined a physical altercation had occurred and a 12-hour log was filed.
2:04 p.m.: Deputies took a walk-in report at the Pettis County Sheriff's Office for fraud. The victim stated a couple hundred dollars was stolen from her account and she wanted to pursue charges. The investigation is ongoing.
10:50 p.m.: Robert W. Butterworth, 58, of Kansas City was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated - drug. He was released.
