Arrests

March 15

11:37 p.m.: Joseph Allen Kehl, 38, was arrested after a vehicle stop near West Broadway Boulevard and South Barrett Avenue for driving without lights on. Kehl was intoxicated and was transported to the police department, issued a uniform traffic ticket for DWI and released.

March 16

1:12 a.m.: Leonardo Rodriguez, 21, was arrested after a traffic stop for excessive window tint near West Broadway Boulevard and South Limit Avenue. It was determined the driver was intoxicated and Rodriguez was transported to the police department and issued a uniform traffic ticket for DWI.

March 18

4:32 p.m.: Cornel Jeron Randolf, 53, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the intersection of 10th Street and Missouri Avenue for a reported careless and imprudent driver. Randolf was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released with a citation for DWI.

March 21

8:08 p.m.: Gracia Ubaldo, 32, was arrested after a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation near West 16th Street and South Grand Avenue. The driver had a suspended driving status and was transported to the police department where she was fingerprinted, issued a uniform traffic ticket and released.

March 22

10:17 a.m.: Leonardo Rafael Sanchez, 52, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Montgomery Avenue for a reported hit-and-run. Sanchez was identified and transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released with citations for leaving the scene of an accident and no driver's license.

9:01 p.m.: Tiffany L. Kizzire, 36, was arrested after officers were dispatched to Walmart, 3201 West Broadway Blvd. for a reported theft. She was issued a city summons for theft and was trespassed from the building.

March 23

12:32 a.m.: John Brolley, 31, was arrested after a traffic stopping the 2500 block of West Broadway Boulevard for an equipment violation. He was intoxicated and was transported to the police department and issued a uniform traffic ticket for DWI.

8:29 p.m.: Shawn William Miller, 49, was arrested after an officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of South Osage Avenue in reference to a disturbance. Miller was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a charge of fourth-degree domestic assault.

Incidents

March 21

8:01 p.m.: Officers took three reports in the police department lobby in reference to a theft in the 1400 block of South Limit Avenue. Management said subjects rented items from National TV Sales and Rental and failed to keep up payments or return the property. No contact has been made with the subjects. State charges are being submitted.

10:54 p.m.: Sedalia Police Department was contacted by another agency in regard to a possible sex crime that was reported to have occurred within the city limits of Sedalia.

March 23

12:01 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to a theft in the 1500 Block of Stone Creek Drive. The victim reported someone gained access to their storage unit and took approximately $3,150 in items.

6:52 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 900 Block of South Barrett Avenue for a reported theft from a vehicle. They conducted an investigation and gathered necessary information for a report.

March 21

1:28 p.m.: A caller from the 22000 block of Westmoreland Road reported to the Sheriff's Office she was the victim of a fraud.

March 22

12:19 p.m.: Deputies took a report in the 1000 block of Highway B for the theft of a mailbox. The investigation continues.

Arrests

March 21

2:33 p.m.: Bradley D. Gerhardt, 51, of Russellville was arrested in Moniteau County for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage exceeding $1,000. He was transported to the Cole County Jail and released.

5:59 p.m.: Timothy S. Roumas, 56, of Lee's Summit was arrested in Saline County for driving while intoxicated, speeding and no insurance. He was transported to the Saline County Jail and released.

6:33 p.m.: Derek L. Wickham, 25, of Eldon was arrested in Morgan County for DWI - physical injury and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash. He was transported to the Morgan County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

March 22

12:16 p.m.: Jose S. Umana, 63, of Marshall was arrested in Saline County for felony driving while intoxicated and felony leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash. He was transported to the Saline County Jail and released.

March 23

10:19 a.m.: Jameal C. Pryor, 37, of Kansas City, was arrested in Johnson County for felony leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain a lane. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
