3:30 p.m.: Amanda K Bobbitt, 38, of Otterville was arrested in Benton County for felony possession of a controlled substance, exceeding the posted speed limit, no insurance, and failure to register a motor vehicle. She was transported to the Benton County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
