10:36 a.m.: Josie Gibbs, 25, of the 2200 block of West Second Street was arrested after officers responded to South State Fair Boulevard and West Fourth Street regarding a motor vehicle crash. Gibbs was determined to be impaired at the time of the crash and was transported to the Sedalia police department, booked and released pending charges of DWI drug - prior offender, leaving the scene of an accident and inhaling - inducing others to inhale solvent fumes.
6:03 p.m.: Officers responded to Katy park, 2200 South Grand Ave. for a report of a subject recklessly driving through the park. The vehicle fled the area before officers arrived. A report was collected.
6:35 p.m.: A credit card found in the 400 block of West Pettis Street was turned in at the police station. The owner could not be contacted so the card was placed into evidence for safekeeping.
6:44 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of East Third Street for a report of a theft not in progress. They gathered information from the victim and a report was completed.
10:05 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Lewis Circle for a hit and run accident. They gathered information from the victim, documented the damage and completed a report.
9:27 p.m.: Jordan C. Filip of Springfield was arrested after deputies were patrolling the area of US 65 and South of Third Street and a vehicle passed traveling approximately 100 mph north on US 65. Deputies pursued the vehicle until the driver pulled over just south of Rebar Road. Filips was arrested for careless and imprudent driving.
8:29 p.m.: Angela Douglas, 46, of Sedalia was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated and felony possession of a controlled substance - hydrocodone. She was transported to the Pettis County jail and released.
