Arrests

Jan. 13

8:10 p.m.: Jesse Jolynn Klein, 32, and John T. Johnson, 34, were arrested after officers responded to Walmart for a theft report. The two subjects were witnessed stealing items from the business and they were transported to the Pettis County Jail booked and released with stealing charges.

Jan. 16

5:40 p.m.: McKenzie Taylor Himes, 24, was arrested after officers were dispatched to Walmart,, 3201 West Broadway Blvd, for a report of shoplifting. Himes was identified and issued a citation.

Jan. 17

6:23 p.m.: Janlyn Renae Miller, 37, was arrested after a vehicle stop near South Grand Avenue and West Ninth Street for a headlight out. Investigation revealed the driver was suspended and Miller was arrested and released on scene with a summons.

Jan. 18

7:25 p.m.: Charles Alden Loucks, 60, was arrested after officers responded to Walmart, 3201 West Broadway Blvd, for a shoplifting incident. They spoke with the reporting party and Loucks was arrested and released on scene with a city summons.

8:38 p.m.: Jorge Pascual-Marcos, was arrested after an officer stopped a vehicle at 16th Street and Prospect Avenue for driving without lights. The driver was found to be without a driver's license and was transported to the police department where he was booked and released with a summons.

Jan. 19

6:16 p.m.: Emily J. Denney was arrested after a traffic stop for expired license plates. The driver also had a suspended driver's license and was transported to the police department, booked and released with a summons for driving without a license.

Jan. 20

10:44 a.m.: Keenan Deandre Marshall, 22, was arrested after a call from the 1100 block of South Osage Avenue regarding a physical domestic disturbance that had just occurred. Police found property damage had occurred and the suspect turned himself in at the Pettis County Sheriff's Office and was escorted to the jail without incident. Charges are pending for third-degree domestic assault and second-degree property damage.

12:21 p.m.: Kallie Renee Joslyn Henry, 19, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 400 block of West Seventh Street for a reported disturbance.

3:19 p.m.: Jason J. Harvey, 30, was arrested after a traffic stop for a driver with a revoked license. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released.

Jan. 7

3:25 p.m.: An officer spoke with a victim in the lobby of the police department who stated there was damage to his vehicle in the 400 block of East Seventh street..

Jan. 16

2:47 p.m.: A man came into the lobby of the police department to report his license plates were stolen in the 300 block of North Summit Avenue.

Jan. 17

8:23 p.m.: Officers responded to Walmart, 3201 West Broadway Blvd, for reports of shoplifting. Information was gathered.

8:38 p.m.: Officers responded to Walmart in reference to a past theft that occurred. Information was gathered for a report.

8:42 a.m.: Officers took a report in the lobby of the police department about a delivered package that was stolen from the 400 block of Buckner court. A report was made on the incident.

Jan. 18

4:52 a.m.: Officers responded to the 3400 block of West Broadway Boulevard for an ATM alarm. They arrived on scene and located a vehicle attached to the ATM with a chain. The suspect fled the scene shortly before arrival. Investigation is ongoing at this time.

5:49 a.m.: Sedalia police responded to the 3400 block of West Broadway Blvd. for an alarm. They arrived to determine someone attempted to steal a nearby atm. The suspect used a truck stolen from a nearby business to aid them in the theft.

10:20 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to Lamm Drive for the report of an abandoned vehicle. They determined the vehicle was stolen, the owner was contacted and the vehicle was returned.

2:25 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of South Park Avenue for a reported residential burglary. A report was made on the incident.

8:24 p.m.: Officers responded to the 600 block of West Third Street for a reported domestic physical altercation. They arrived and spoke with both parties and determined both were physical to each other. A 12-hour log was completed.

Jan. 19

12:52 a.m.: Officers conducted a business check at Wood & Huston Bank, 1001 Winchester Drive when damage to the bank's ATM was noticed. Management was contacted and an investigation is ongoing at this time.

Jan. 20

6:43 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 3100 block of Brianna Boulevard for a property damage report. An unknown suspect broke out a window and damaged the steering column of a vehicle overnight.

Jan. 13

9 a.m.: deputy was dispatched to Bothwell Regional Health Center emergency room for an animal bite report. Paperwork was sent to the Pettis County Health Department.
