Arrests

Jan. 24

12:44 p.m.: Eric Joseph Thomas, 20, of the 1300 block of North Kentucky Avenue, was arrested after a vehicle stop in the West Third Street and South Prospect Avenue for expired registration. Thomas was arrested for driving with a suspended driver's license and transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was booked and released. 

Incidents

Jan. 20

4:57 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 1900 block of South Stewart Avenue. A 16-year-old assaulted law enforcement and had to be taken into custody. The juvenile was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for a mental health evaluation and a referral was made to the Pettis County Juvenile Office.

Jan. 24

10:29 a.m.: An officer met a victim in the SPD lobby who wished to report a theft of cash from the 500 block of North Prospect Avenue. A suspect has been identified.

Incidents

Jan. 24

Time unreported: Deputies took a report of fraud in the 2800 block of Wesley Court.

Time unreported: Deputies in the Pettis County Jail took a report for the introduction of a controlled substance into the jail. Susan McNeil was placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges. 

12:30 p.m.: Deputies took a report of a stolen Vermeer boring machine out of the area of Highway 52 and Swisher Road.
