July 8
9:11 a.m.: Kevin S. Morrison, 49, of the 400 block of Prospect Avenue, was arrested at a residence in the 300 block of South Scott Joplin Court for probable cause in an incident that occurred July 8. The subject was seen in public performing a sexual act on himself. The subject fled on foot but after a brief foot pursuit, he was captured and placed under arrest. Charges are being submitted for first-degree sexual misconduct, two counts of harassment to frighten or disturb another person, felony resisting arrest, and person not to be within 500 feet of a public park with swimming pool.
