6 p.m.: While on patrol in the area of West Broadway Boulevard and South Kentucky Avenue, a deputy initiated a traffic stop on a green-and-black motorcycle for not having plates displayed. The driver was cited for no driver's license and failure to register the motor vehicle and was released from the scene.
