March 6

2:58 a.m.: Vance Edward Slater, 37, of the 400 block of South Quincy Avenue, was arrested after officers responded to a subject trespassing on private property. They located the subject walking in the middle of the street. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges of drug possession, drug paraphernalia possession, distribution of drugs, and an outstanding warrant.

10:38 a.m.: Christina Leimkuehler, 63, was arrested after officers responded to a residence home in the 1700 block of West 16th Street in reference to found drugs. The complainant stated drugs were found on a resident. Leimkuehler was transported to the Pettis County Jail for a 24-hour hold pending a state charge of drug possession.

Arrests

March 7

11:30 p.m.: Teresa Webb, 44, of Sedalia, was arrested after deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of 14th Street and Ohio Avenue on a vehicle that had a defective tail light. The driver gave consent to search the vehicle and deputies located a measurable amount of narcotics in paraphernalia. Both items were located directly under the seat of the back seat passenger, Webb. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance - marijuana.

Incidents

March 6

10:00 a.m.: Deputies towed an abandoned vehicle causing a traffic hazard on Route J, east of U.S. Highway 65. There was no information available for the registered owner to be contacted.
