May 11
2:00 a.m.: James Henry Kreisel, 26, of the 1000 block of State Fair Boulevard, was arrested after a vehicle stop in the area of West 10th Street and South State Fair Boulevard for a brake light out. It was determined the driver was intoxicated. He was placed under arrest and taken to a hospital, then the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked on a state charge of driving while intoxicated pending release to a sober person.
3:09 a.m.: Jessica Renee Jones, 33, of the 500 block of East Fifth Street, was arrested after emergency personnel were dispatched to the area of West 14th Street and South Kentucky Avenue for a motor vehicle crash. The suspect had crashed into two parked cars and a house. After an investigation, she was determined to be intoxicated by drugs. She was taken to the police department, the hospital, and the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked on a state charge of driving while intoxicated - drugs pending release to a sober person.
May 13
7:05 p.m.: Kylie R. Watson, 19, of the 2900 block of James Road, was arrested after a traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of East 16th Street and South Ingram Avenue. Occupants were found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, which were seized. The driver was issued a Municipal summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and was released on scene.
May 14
10:16 a.m.: Jeremy Edward Pointer, 42, of the 1300 block of Montgomery Circle, was arrested after officers were dispatched to a disturbance at a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard. Pointer had left the store before the officer's arrival and was found to have already been trespassed from the store. He was located in the 1300 block of Montgomery Circle and issued a summons for trespassing.
10:32 p.m.: Kevin Scott Williams, 45, of the 28000 block of Highway TT, was arrested after an officer observed an eastbound truck fail to maintain its lane and cross over the dashed white line on Broadway Boulevard. A traffic stop was completed at a business in the 3800 block of East Broadway Boulevard. The driver had a revoked driver's license and was placed under arrest for felony driving with a revoked license, then transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked, and released.
10:58 p.m.: Trina L. Harvey, 40, of the 200 block of East 13th Street, was arrested after officers responded to the area of West 15th Street and South Moniteau Avenue in reference to a disturbance. An intoxicated woman was reportedly hitting a vehicle, yelling at its occupants, and assaulting one of the occupants. Harvey was arrested and transported to Pettis County Jail, where she was placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of third-degree assault.
May 15
12:38 a.m.: Justin M. Schroeder, 43, of Windsor, was arrested after a vehicle stop at East 10th Street and South Lamine Avenue for speeding, failure to maintain a lane, and failure to maintain the right half of the roadway. It was determined Schroeder was intoxicated and he was taken to the police department and processed on a municipal citation for driving while intoxicated.
7:08 p.m.: Nathanael Aaron David, 33, was arrested after a business in the 200 block of West Broadway Boulevard reported a theft. The suspect was located at a business in the 300 block of West Broadway Boulevard, where he was placed under arrest. David resisted arrest, assaulted an officer, and was taken into custody with minimal necessary force. He was examined by the Pettis County Ambulance District and transported to the hospital for treatment. He was then taken to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of stealing, resisting arrest and fourth-degree assault.
8:40 p.m.: Thomas Duane Averbeck, 70, of Sedalia, was arrested after officers came in contact with a subject who was a known sex offender loitering near the Katy Trail. Officers placed Averbeck under arrest for being within 500 feet of a park and being a registered sex offender. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
11:53 p.m.: Robert D.E. Harrison, 20, of Stover, was arrested after officers were dispatched to a business in the 3200 block of South Limit Avenue for a disturbance between employees. Information was given that the suspect caused damage to the victim's vehicle. Contact was made with the suspect, who admitted to intentionally causing damage to the victim's vehicle with his vehicle. He was issued a summons for destruction of non-city property and released.

May 2
2:18 p.m.: A referral was received from Children's Division regarding possible sex crimes involving a juvenile suspect. An investigation was conducted.
May 13
8:10 a.m.: An officer responded to the 400 block of East Chestnut Street for a theft report. On arrival, the victim reported both of their license plates were stolen. The plates have been entered into the database as stolen.
12:41 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 3000 block of South Stewart Avenue for a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim stated that sometime overnight, someone stole his silver and black 2007 Jeep Liberty valued at $3,000. There are no suspects at this time.
2:25 p.m.: Officers responded to the 100 block of Summer Avenue in reference to a disturbance between two juveniles at the residence. One of the juveniles was transported at the request of their parent. A report was made for documentation.
3:50 p.m.: An officer responded to Bothwell Regional Health Center regarding an out-of-control juvenile who assaulted a staff member. Officers calmed the situation. The nurse who was assaulted requested charges and a report was completed along with a juvenile referral. The juvenile remained in the care of the hospital.
9:26 p.m.: An officer responded to the 2800 block of South Stewart Avenue for a report of a missing/runaway juvenile. Information was collected and a missing person report was filed. No foul play was suspected.
May 14
11:15 a.m.: An officer responded to Clover Dell Park, 5301 W. 32nd St., in reference to property damage. The complainant stated that sometime in the last five days, someone drove a vehicle around the walking trail, hitting a well and damaging a tree.
11:31 a.m.: Officers responded to a business in the 300 block of West Broadway Boulevard in reference to a theft. $307 was stolen from a subject and was believed to have been used at the location. The suspect has not been located at this time.
11:46 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of East 16th Street in reference to a theft. A Walmart delivery was stolen off the front porch. Cameras on the residence captured the theft at 9:23 a.m. The grocery items were valued at $50. The case is under investigation.
4:19 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1100 block of East 11th Street for a reported disturbance. Investigation revealed that the assault likely happened, but there was insufficient evidence to determine the primary aggressor.
4:44 p.m.: An officer spoke with a victim in the 1300 block of Montgomery Circle who wished to report that a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard had damaged his vehicle when they worked on it earlier in the week. A report was completed to document the event.
8:15 p.m.: Officers responded to the 2900 block of West 11th Street for a runaway juvenile. Contact was made with the child's mother, information was collected, and a report was completed.
8:49 p.m.: An officer responded to a business in the 3500 block of Snyder Road for a report of property damage. The caller, an employee of the business, reported a driver did multiple donuts in the rear parking lot of the business, likely causing damage to the asphalt. The caller provided suspect information and he was located nearby. The business has yet to determine if criminal charges will be pursued.
11:44 p.m.: An officer responded to the 300 block of McAnally Court for a harassment report. The victim stated a subject entered her apartment and threatened her. At the time of the report, a suspect had not been located.
May 15
12:47 a.m.: An officer responded to the Bothwell emergency room for a report of an assault. The victim reported being assaulted by an unidentified suspect in the 100 block of East 16th Street, sustaining a minor injury. The incident is under investigation.
8:49 p.m.: An officer responded to the 1600 block of South Limit Avenue for a report of a disturbance. The caller reported that an employee of the business became upset and quit the job. Upon leaving the business, the subject assaulted another employee. The victim had no visible injury but wanted to pursue an assault charge. The suspect was identified by name but has not been located at the time of this report.
10:34 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to a hit-and-run accident in the 700 block of West Fourth Street. A victim reported her vehicle had been rear-ended by another vehicle while it was parked in front of her residence. The driver of the suspected vehicle left the scene without providing any information. The victim's vehicle had extensive rear damage from the accident and had been pushed into another vehicle parked in front of her. Evidence was left at the scene from the suspect vehicle.

7:30 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 27000 block of Morton Road in Pettis County for a harassment report. The victim stated while he was at work, a family member entered his property and wrote a note and placed the note on the refrigerator at the end of the victim's driveway, causing him emotional distress. A report has been handed over to detectives for further investigation.
May 16
7:30 a.m.: Deputies took a report in the 10000 block of Route B in Pettis County for the theft of a mailbox and attached post, valued at around $400. There were no leads or suspects.

4:00 p.m.: Emanuel E. Bryant, 20, of Versailles, was arrested in Morgan County for a Miller County warrant, possession of marijuana - less than 10 grams, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding. He was transported to the Morgan County Jail.
8:28 p.m.: Leland A. Minnis, 24, of Marshall, was arrested in Saline County for felony possession of a controlled substance – 100 grams of marijuana. He was released roadside.
8:28 p.m.: David A. Martin, 29, of Marshall, was arrested in Saline County for felony possession of a controlled substance - 100 grams of marijuana and speeding. He was transported to the Saline County Jail and released.
11:42 p.m.: Sharon L. Leedy, 40, of Iola, Kansas, was arrested in Saline County for driving while intoxicated. She was transported to the Saline County Jail and placed on a 12-hour hold.
May 14
12:53 a.m.: Andrew D. Massey, 35, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated - first offense and speeding. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail and placed on a 12-hour hold.
6:02 p.m.: Akash R. Pulimamdi, 23, of Romeoville, Illinois, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail and released.
8:54 p.m.: Austin C. Leavitt, 23, of Kansas City, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
May 15
12:18 a.m.: Dylan J. Skeens, 26, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and a headlight violation. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
2:13 a.m.: Jesus Marcos Herrera, 26, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated and failure to register a motor vehicle. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released.
10:41 p.m.: Devin Z. Moore, 27, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated - drugs. He was transported to the Johnson County Sheriff's Department and placed on a 12-hour hold.
