Arrests

May 18

1:05 p.m.: Patricia Lee Ann Dildine, 30, of Steelville, was arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and Winchester Drive for an equipment violation. K9 Charlie was deployed and alerted to the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine and other items of drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail where more methamphetamine was located on her person. Dildine was charged with possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance into the county jail, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended/revoked license. 

Incidents

May 17

8:55 a.m.: Gregory Esquivel, 48, of Leavenworth, Kansas, was issued a summons after a traffic stop in the area of Mill Street and Saline Street for failure to use a turn signal. The driver was valid through the State of Kansas but had a revoked driver's license through the State of Missouri. He was issued a summons for driving without a driver’s license.

2:50 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of South Summit Avenue in reference to a theft. In the overnight hours of May 16-17, someone got into the caller’s unlocked vehicle and stole several items out of it.

Arrests

May 18

12:52 a.m.: Benster Rope, of Sedalia, was arrested after deputies responded to the 23000 block of Cedar Drive in Sedalia in reference to a suspect walking around a residence. Upon arrival, deputies located the male subject identified as Rope and arrested him for second-degree trespassing. Rope was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
