Arrests

May 3

3:01 a.m.: Michael Anthony Fillicetti, 39, of the 4200 block of West Main Street, was arrested after a traffic stop at West 20th Street and South Ohio Avenue. The driver was found to have a revoked driver's license and was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

3:41 a.m.: Michael D. Tomlinson, 29, of Tipton, was arrested after a traffic stop in the 1600 block of East Broadway Boulevard. The driver was found in possession of a schedule four controlled substance. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and charged with drug possession - synthetic narcotic and drug possession - marijuana misdemeanor. 

Incidents

April 26

10:35 a.m.: Officers responded to the 2600 block of Bristol Lane in reference to a verbal domestic disturbance. During the investigation, there was an accusation of sexual misconduct involving a juvenile. The investigation is ongoing.

May 3

1:53 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of East 16th Street in reference to a physical disturbance. A male attempted to force his way into a home and a resident hit him in the mouth to prevent him from entering. The male was transported by Pettis County Ambulance District to Bothwell Regional Health Center for injuries to his face.

May 3

10:30 a.m.: Deputies took a report of an assault in the 200 block of North Walnut Street in La Monte.

Arrests

May 3

5:25 p.m.: Robert E. Reed, 56, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Benton County Jail and released.
