Nov. 22
2:20 a.m.: David L. Brown, 20, of Overland Park, Kansas, was arrested after a vehicle stop for several lane violations. Officers noticed the odor of marijuana and the investigation showed the driver to be impaired. Brown was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending release to a sober person.
Incidents
Nov. 21
8:04 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of East Ninth Street for a report of stealing. The victim said someone stole his black and yellow Swagtron electric mountain bike valued at $1,300. The victim named a couple of suspects but did not have any further contact information.
12:03 p.m.: Officers took a call from the 900 block of Winchester Drive for a report of the fraudulent use of a credit card. A statement was taken and a report was generated for investigation
Pettis County Sheriff’s Office
Arrests
8:40 p.m.: Marc R. Brewington, of the 21000 block of Highway H in Pettis County, was arrested after deputies were dispatched in reference to a physical domestic assault. An investigation led to Brewington being arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault.
