Arrests

Oct. 11

9:45 p.m.: Heather Dawn Borgstadt, 36, of Sedalia, was arrested after officers conducted an area check at Break Time, 101 Rebar Road. A female recognized by officers had warrants, attempted to flee from officers, and resisted arrest. She was captured, searched, transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a  24-hour hold pending charges of felony resisting arrest, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Oct. 12

6:40 p.m.: Lori Lynn Hadley, 49, of the 1600 block of South Engineer Avenue, was arrested after officers responded to a business in the 300 block of West Broadway Boulevard for a theft report. Officers met with the caller, and the officer on scene recognized the subject from the description. The suspect had been trespassed from all locations of that business. Officers then went to the suspect's home and placed Hadley under arrest for first-degree burglary and stealing. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

Incidents

Oct. 12

10:44 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of West Main Street in reference to the theft of a 2019 silver two-wheel U-Haul ramp trailer valued at $8,000.

10:59 p.m.: Officers took a report in the police department lobby regarding a sexual assault. Officers made contact with the victims and there is a suspect.
