Oct. 5
8:28 a.m.: Charles Lee Welch, 40, of the 3200 block of West 10th Street, was arrested after a traffic stop near East Broadway Boulevard and South Murray Avenue for a vehicle with improper license plates. The driver had a suspended Missouri driver's license and active failure to appear warrant from Miller County. He was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.
11:32 a.m.: Erica Beth Corpe, 40, of the 5400 block of Volunteer Drive, was arrested after a traffic stop near East Broadway Boulevard and South Marvin Avenue. The driver was recognized as having a revoked license and was arrested and transported to the SPD and released.

Oct. 6
2:26 a.m. An officer was dispatched to the police department lobby in reference to a theft. The victim said someone had called claiming to be from his bank. That person later accessed the victim's account and made fraudulent purchases. No suspects have been located at this time.
Oct. 7
2:07 p.m.: An officer responded to the 1400 block of South Sneed Avenue for a report of a runaway juvenile. The caller reported her 18-year-old son left a residence at 1:30 a.m. and voiced intentions of not returning home. The subject was entered into law enforcement databases as a missing person.

Oct. 5
10 p.m.: Deputies took a report of a stolen firearm from a vehicle in the 1800 block of Timber Ridge Drive.
Oct. 6
Noon: Deputies responded to the 1700 block of Cypress Lane in Sedalia for a report of tampering with a motor vehicle.
5:01 p.m.: Deputies took a report of theft in the 3500 block of Green Ridge Road. A storage unit was broken into and a black Kinder Solar Baric subwoofer valued at about $700 was taken. There are no suspects at this time.
