Incidents

Aug. 30

8:16 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of South Montgomery Avenue in reference to a domestic assault. As the victim yelled out the window for help, the suspect threw water at her. The victim was again splashed with water, and she broke his “vase.” The suspect grabbed her and choked the victim to keep her from yelling out the window again. There were no marks on the victim.
