The Otterville FBLA Chapter announced its first state office member, Noah Saltsgaver.
Saltsgaver was elected as Vice President of Communications to the state office team for the 2021-22 academic year.
He is a junior at Otterville and is District 6 President along with Chapter President for the upcoming year. Saltsgaver is active in National Honor Society, cross country, Junior Class President, A+, and Student Awareness Group representative.
