Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital, along with other VA Heartland Network facilities, will host a virtual listening session from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Thursday, April 8. The purpose is to learn from veterans through feedback that they provide about their care. The information will be used to design a health delivery system that best meets the needs of veterans today and for generations to come.
The April 8 listening session will be one of 50 public virtual events across the country that will be hosted through June. Participants can join the April 8 session online by visiting https://bit.ly/31UWGfP or by telephone by calling 404-397-1596 and using the access code 199 252 8618.
The feedback will be used to develop recommendations that will be submitted to the Asset and Infrastructure Review (AIR) Commission in January 2022. The AIR Commission will conduct public hearings before submitting its recommendations to the President and Congress for review and approval in 2023.
