Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital, along with other VA Heartland Network facilities, will host a virtual listening session from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Thursday, April 8. The purpose is to learn from veterans through feedback that they provide about their care. The information will be used to design a health delivery system that best meets the needs of veterans today and for generations to come.

The feedback will be used to develop recommendations that will be submitted to the Asset and Infrastructure Review (AIR) Commission in January 2022. The AIR Commission will conduct public hearings before submitting its recommendations to the President and Congress for review and approval in 2023.
