Writers of Warrensburg (WoW) is hosting a free Novel-Writing Workshop from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 12 on Zoom. The workshop will focus on novel writing and feature local authors Stan C. Smith and Stephanie Flint.
The workshop is for writers of every experience level, from “beginners who want to write their first novel, to authors who have written multiple novels and want to hone their skills.”
Sessions during the workshop will cover several topics: “Stop Procrastinating and Write Your Novel! (Time-saving tips, from start to finish),” “Crafting your Fictional World,” and “Planning, Writing, and Marketing a Series.”
Materials for the workshop will be provided.
WoW is a local group dedicated to furthering the skills of authors by providing information on writing craft, publication practices, and effective marketing strategy. All are welcome at free online meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each month.
This free event sponsored by WoW is a three-hour workshop. You will need a computer capable of video and audio connection.
