and further described as: THE EAST FORTY SIX (46) FEET OF LOTS TEN (10), ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12) IN BLOCK ONE (1) OF SMITH AND COTTON'S EIGHTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SEDALIA, MISSOURI, EXCEPT THE SOUTH TEN (10) FEET OF SAID LOT TEN (10) USED FOR ALLEY PURPOSES. This action is filed in the Circuit Court of Pettis County, Missouri. The parties to this action are listed in the above caption.
