NOTICE OF INVITATION
FOR BIDS (IFB)
The City of Sedalia is soliciting sealed bids from qualified dealers for purchase of a 2024 or 2025 Ram 5500 for the City's Utilities Division.

All sealed responses to this IFB are due on May 24th, 2024 by 2:00 p.m. CST at which time the proposals will be opened by the City Clerk's Office in the Council Chambers in City Hall.
Sealed responses to the IFB must be addressed to the City Clerk's Office and mailed, couriered, or hand-delivered to:

The outside of the sealed response envelope must clearly state IFB 2025-001 Vehicle Purchase Utilities Division. Any proposal received after the above stated date and time; will not be opened and will be discarded or upon request and at the expense of the bidder will be returned. The City of Sedalia retains the right to reject any and all bids submitted, and to waive any minor irregularity contained in any proposal.
