NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Sedalia School District 200 will receive sealed bids at Central Office, 2806 Matthew Drive, Sedalia, MO 65301, for furnishing all new materials and labor for SEDALIA SCHOOL DISTRICT CENTRAL OFFICE RELOCATION & SMITH-COTTON HS CONCESSION REMODEL projects. The work includes, but is not limited to the following, all per the drawings and specifications.
Demolition, concrete, tuckpointing, masonry, doors, hardware, storefront, glass and glazing, exterior metal panel, roofing, fluid applied roof coating, metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, interior and exterior painting, casework, flooring, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fencing, etc.
Bids for all work will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, on 09 May 2024 at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on 29 April 2024, 11:00 a.m., local time, starting at the location of the new Central Office Site (1700 S Lafayette Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301) and then from there will travel to Smith-Cotton High School Concessions (2010 Tiger Pride Blvd, Sedalia, MO 65301)
