Pursuant to Section 177.088,

as amended
Notice is hereby given to those persons residing within the Sedalia School District No. 200, Missouri (the "District") that on May 20, 2024 commencing at 6:15 p.m. in the Smith-Cotton High School Heckart Performing Arts Center the Board of Education is considering a capital facilities lease financing to provide funds to complete extensive renovations at Sedalia Middle School, Smith-Cotton Junior High School, and Whittier High School; to reconfigure existing buildings to allow for better distribution of students' and to complete other renovations, remodeling and repair improvements to the existing facilities of the District, pursuant to Section 177.088, Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended.
