This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

Nov. 10

12:40 a.m.: John Bradbury, 38, of Warrensburg, was arrested after a traffic stop for multiple lane violations near West Broadway Boulevard and South Missouri Avenue. Bradbury was intoxicated and was transported to the police department, issued a traffic ticket for DWI and released to a sober driver.

Nov. 13

6:40 p.m.: Edgar Cuc Cucul, 35, of the 400 block of East Jackson Street, was arrested after a traffic stop for failing to drive on the right-half of the roadway near East Fifth Street and South Thompson Avenue. The driver had a revoked driving status and was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released with the charge of driving with a revoked license.

11:36 p.m.: Angelica Silva Hernandez, 41, of the 1500 block of South Kentucky Avenue, was arrested after a traffic stop for failing to maintain the right-half of the roadway on South Kentucky Avenue near West 13th Street. Hernandez did not have a license and was intoxicated. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending charges of driving while intoxicated and no driver's license.

Incidents

Nov. 14

3:09 a.m.: Police observed two subjects in a business vehicle dumping items behind a second business in the 2800 block of West Main Street. The first business was contacted and the truck and contents were turned over to the owner. A dealer plate belonging to another car dealership was seized.

Arrests

Nov. 13

6:44 p.m.: Michael Raw was placed under arrest after deputies conducted a traffic stop near Sixth Street and South Park Avenue on a vehicle with expired registration. Raw was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked, and released for driving with a revoked driver's license.

Nov. 14

4:13 a.m.: Vasmi K. Bellamkonda, 31, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested in Saline County for driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident. He was transported to the Saline County Jail and released.
