3:10 p.m.: Jessica A. Powers, 43, was arrested after officers responded to Vermont Park, 1200 South Vermont Ave. after a caller reported a subject defecating in the park. Powers was transported to Pettis County Jail and placed on 24-hour hold pending State charges of first - degree sexual misconduct.
10:51 p.m.: Wilfrido Alejo-Ubaldo, 29, was arrested after a car pulled out of an alley to go south in the 100 block of South Grand Avenue without using a turn signal. The driver had no license and no permanent address or anything to identify himself. The car was towed and the driver was released after being issued two citations and a court date.
