Bailey Zimmerman announced for 2026 Missouri State Fair

Another new country staple has been added to the 2026 Missouri State Fair lineup.

Country artist Bailey Zimmerman will take the Grandstand at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 13 with opening act Chandler Walters.

Zimmerman, a multi-platinum songwriter, hit the spotlight through social media in 2020. He debuted with “Fall in Love,” becoming the fastest debut country artist to reach No. 1 No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart in over a decade.

In 2023, Zimmerman released his debut album “Religiously,” which debuted at No. 3 on the Top Country Albums chart and No. 7 on the Billboard 200. The album featured  No. 1 single “Where it Ends,”   No. 1 debut single “Fall in Love,” and No. 1 single “Rock and a Hard Place.”

In 2024, he continued with hit singles "Holy Smokes,” “Holding On,” and “New To Country.”

The hits were on his newest album, “Different Night Same Rodeo,” which debuted in the Top 15 of Billboard’s Top 200 All Genre chart and Top 3 of Billboard’s Country Albums chart.

Other songs on the album featured “Backup Plan” with Luke Combs, “Comin’ In Cold,” “Lost” with The Kid LAROI, and “Ashes” with Diplo.

Zimmerman is currently in the midst of his first headlining tour,  “Different Night Same Rodeo Tour.”

Chandler Walters is known for his steel guitar artistry. He helped co-write Post Malone’s 5x Platinum all-genre No. 1 single “I Had Some Help (feat. Morgan Wallen).” In total, he had six cuts on Post Malone's “F-1 Trillion” album.

He also assisted with ERNEST’s “I Went To College, I Went To Jail” (feat. Jelly Roll) and Zimmerman’s  “Is This Really Over?”

This is the seventh concert to be announced for the fair thus far.

The All-American Rejects will perform Aug. 14, Russell Dickerson with Atlus will perform Aug. 15, Three Dog Night and Little River Band will perform Aug. 18, Skillet with Tenth Avenue North will perform Aug. 19, Rick Ross will perform with the Ying Yang Twins, Twista and Murphy Lee on Aug. 21, Little Big Town will perform with Walker Montgomery on Saturday, Aug. 22.

Missouri State Fair Grandstand concert ticket presale begins for registered Fair Fans at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, and will end at 4 p.m. on Monday, May 18, through Etix.com or by phone. No tickets for the Missouri State Fair will be sold prior to the presale.

Public sales begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, through Etix.com or by phone. The Missouri State Fair Box Office will open at noon on Monday, June 29.
