Henry County head-on accident sends three to hospital in serious condition
A 36-year-old man from Humansville suffered moderate injuries, a 36-year-old man from Humansville suffered serious injuries, a 42-year-old woman from St. Joseph suffered serious injuries, and a 52-year-old female from Omaha, Nebraska suffered serious injuries at 8:20 p.m. Monday, April 21, in a Henry County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Dodge 3500 driven east on Missouri Highway 7 in Clinton by the 36-year-old man from Humansville was passing an uninvolved vehicle and entered the southbound lane of Missouri Highway 7. A 2024 Genesis GB 80 driven by the St. Joseph woman was struck head on.
Everyone was wearing their seat belts. tTe Humansville driver sought his treatment on his own, the other injured were transported to Research Hospital in Kansas City.
Warsaw woman life-flighted after Henry County collision
A Warsaw woman, 43, sustained serious injuries at 6:05 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, in Henry County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, she was driving a 2020 GMC Terrain north on Missouri Highway at Route C when a 2015 Ford F-350 driven west by a 20-year-old man from Calhoun failed to yield while attempting a left turn and was struck by the GMC.
It is unknown if the woman was restrained, she was transported by Life Flight Eagle Air Ambulance to Research hospital in Kansas City.
Calhoun driver hurt after Henry County rollover
A Calhoun driver, 52 suffered minor injuries at 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, in a Henry County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, he was driving a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado east on Missouri Highway 52 west of NE 451 when he ran off the right side of the road, struck a tree and crossed a culvert before overturning.
He was wearing a seat belt, and was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.
Kingsville woman hurt in Johnson County mishap
A Kingsville driver, 62, suffered minor injuries at 4:30 p.m. Monday, April 21, in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, she was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Captive Sport north on NW 1821 Road, south of NW 50 Road, when she left the left side of the roadway, struck a mailbox and a ditch.
She was wearing a seat belt, and was transported to Western Missouri medical center in Warrensburg by patrol vehicle.
Belton trucker in serious condition after being rear-ended on I-70
A Belton driver, 33 suffered serious injuries at 2:20 p.m. Monday in a Saline County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, he was driving a 2019 International truck west on I-70 and rear ended a 2023 Freightliner Cascadia driven by a Grosse Ile man, 46, that was stopped for traffic congestion.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts, the Belton man was transported to Centerpoint Hospital in Independence by Life Flight.
