A 56-year-old woman from Nelson suffered moderate injuries at 12:28 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, in a Pettis County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2021 Mack truck driven by a 64-year-old man from Sedalia east on Rt. D pulled out in front of the Nelson woman's 2017 Dodge Caravan which was headed north. The Caravan hit the right side of the trailer of the truck.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts, the woman was transported by Pettis County Ambulance District to Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
