A Linn Valley, Kansas woman, 32, suffered moderate injuries at noon Tuesday, July 29, in a Henry County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, she was driving a 2007 Toyota east on Route Z at Route BB when she experienced a medical incident causing the vehicle to strike the guardrail. She was wearing a seat belt, and was transported by Golden Valley Ambulance District to Golden Valley Hospital in Clinton.
A Barnett man, 32, was killed at 5 a.m. Tuesday, July 29, in a Morgan County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, he was driving a 2007 Pontiac Torrent north on Route AA, north of Jones Creek Road, when his vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway. He overcorrected, ran off the left side of the roadway and struck an embankment. The vehicle then overturned, ejecting the driver.
He was not wearing a seat belt, and was pronounced dead at University Hospital in Columbia after being transported by air ambulance.
