A 51-year-old man from Kansas City was killed at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, in a Benton County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, he was writing a 2008 Harley-Davidson east on Route C, west of Keseman Avenue when he failed to negotiate a right hand curve, crossed the center of the roadway and traveled off the left side of the roadway. The motorcycle overturned and injected the driver, who was not wearing a helmet.
He was transported to Reser Funeral Home.
