A 74-year-old man from Cole Camp was injured at 5:40 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, in a Pettis County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, he was driving a 2017 Nissan Frontier south on Route U when he failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck the ditch. The vehicle then traveled across Smasal Road, struck another ditch and a privacy fence.
The man was wearing a seat belt and was transported to Bothwell Regional Medical Center.
