A Kansas City woman, 31, suffered minor injuries at 11:34 p.m.Monday, Sept. 1, in a Saline County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, she was the occupant in a 2025 Honda CRV driven north by a Kansas City man, 43, through a field south of Missouri Route AE and just east of Missouri Route J. As the driver was fleeing law enforcement through the field, he struck a ditch.
He was wearing a seat belt, the woman was not and was transported by Saline County Ambulance District to University Hospital in Columbia.
