Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Knight, of Hughesville, will celebrate their 75th wedding anniversary with an open house, hosted by their children, from 2 to 4 p.m., on Saturday, Feb. 21 at Bethel United Methodist Church in Hughesville.
Edith Parker and Kenneth Knight were married Feb. 24, 1951, in the parsonage of East Sedalia Baptist Church in Sedalia, by the Rev. Walter P. Arnold.
Mr. Knight is a retired farmer; Mrs. Knight is also retired.
The couple has three children, Roberta Knight and Carlotta Knight, both of Sedalia, and Lester Knight, of Hughesville; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Friends and relatives are invited to the celebration; the couple request no gifts.
