April 10

11:54 p.m.: Daniel J. Branz, 41, was arrested after an officer was dispatched to the area of South New York Avenue and East 14th Street for a subject check. Branz was highly intoxicated and stumbling in the roadway. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 12-hour preventive custody hold.

April 11

1:50 a.m.: Stacey Lynn Wittman, 38, was arrested after a traffic stop on our vehicle for expired registration near South engineer Avenue and East at 12th street. The driver was intoxicated and was transported to the police department, issued a uniform traffic ticket for DWI and released.

4:20 a.m.: Holly Alexis Stuver, 19, was arrested after a traffic stop for not displaying a registration plate near West 32nd Street and South Limit Avenue. It was determined the driver was intoxicated and Stuver was transported to Bothwell for a blood draw then to the police department where she was issued a uniform traffic ticket and released.

7:26 a.m.: Maurice Devion Dean, 27, was arrested after officers were dispatched to West Broadway Boulevard and Thompson Boulevard for a traffic accident. It was determined the driver was intoxicated and had a suspended driving status. Dean was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center, charged with DWI - prior offender and driving while suspended.

April 14

10:45 a.m.: Daniel W. Muntz II, 51, was arrested after officers were dispatched to West Third Street and South Moniteau Avenue for a dog bite. The suspect animal and victim were on scene and the owner said the animal got twisted with another animal on a leash and pulled away from the owner. The dog then bit the victim in the lower thigh causing puncture wounds. The victim went to the hospital for care and Muntz was issued a citation.

Incidents

April 10

9:08 a.m.: A victim came to the police department to report damage to his vehicle in the 1800 block of South Engineer Avenue. The initials of a suspect were keyed into the hood of the car and scratch marks from being keyed were noted along the driver side of the vehicle. There is a suspect and charges are being sought.

April 14

10:05 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the lobby of the police department for a reported fraud that occurred in the 200 block of East Boonville Road.

6:09 p.m.: Officers responded to the 400 block of Buckner Court in reference to an ex parte order violation. They spoke with the reporting party and a report was generated.

6:34 p.m.: Officers began investigating a disturbance that led to a hit-and-run near Woods Grocery, 701 East Broadway Blvd. The subjects were identified but not all were located.
