11:28 p.m.: Greg A. Clemons, 37, was arrested after officers responded to the 600 block of East 14th Street for an intoxicated individual harassing people. They made contact with Clemons who was clearly intoxicated and was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 12-hour safekeeping hold.
