April 13
3:32 a.m.: Henry J. Gaytan, 38, was arrested after being observed westbound on East 24th Street and Washington Avenue stopping past the stop line. A traffic stop found the driver was intoxicated and had a suspended license. He was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Pettis County Jail pending charges of DWI and DWS.
April 15
6:00 p.m.: Thomas Braska, 66, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 600 block of East 14th Street for a reported assault. A suspect was identified and issued two municipal citations upon completion of the investigation.
April 17
8:58 p.m.: Kyle Nicholas Richards, 40, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of South Limit Avenue in reference to a subject refusing to leave the business. Before officers arrived the suspect had left but was reported to be at the 1400 block of South Limit Avenue. He was charged with first-degree trespass.
April 18
2:00 p.m.: Maggie D. R. Miller, 20, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 3100 block of West Broadway Boulevard in reference to an assault in progress. Miller was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Pettis County Jail pending a charge of third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
3:46 p.m.: Ryan C Kruse, 25, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the Probation and Parole Office, 205 Thompson Boulevard, in reference to a forgery report. A probation officer wanted to press charges against the individual for attempting to pass someone else's urine as his own during a drug analysis.
7:31 p.m.: Lillian Ruth Huff, 34, was arrested after being observed in a vehicle with no registration near 32nd Street and South Limit Avenue. A traffic stop found the driver was driving a stolen vehicle out of Kansas City and Huff was arrested with methamphetamine located in her purse.
8:30 p.m.: Gerald Dewayne Anderson, 54, was arrested after a call came in from the 600 block of East Broadway Boulevard regarding a burglary in progress. Upon arrival the suspect had fled the area but was later located by officers and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending charges of second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and stealing from a building.
9:47 p.m.: Kyle G. Lindgren, 29, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Autumn Avenue in reference to a subject threatening to shoot his neighbor. When police arrived the suspect pointed what appeared to be a rifle out the front door of his house at his neighbor. He was taken into custody at gunpoint and the gun was later determined to be a BB gun. Lindgren was transported to Bothwell for a fit of confinement then the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of unlawful use of the weapon, armed criminal action and first-degree harassment.
10:05 p.m.: Maurice Davion Dean, 27, was arrested after an officer made contact with the highly intoxicated subject with an electric scooter at Casey's, 1909 West Main St. Dean was advised he should push the scooter as he was too intoxicated to ride it but was observed approximately 10 minutes later riding the scooter on West Main Street swerving back and forth in the middle lane. He refused a field sobriety test and was transported to the police department pending a charge of DWI - prior offender.
11:36 p.m.: Juan Pablo Raxax, 28, was arrested after officers were dispatched to a vehicle check in the alley of 1200 block of Kentucky Avenue. Raxax was passed out in the driver's seat while the engine was running. He was intoxicated and was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a charge of DWI.
April 19
11:32 p.m.: Alejandro Sanchez, 44, was arrested after an officer was dispatched to Rebar Road for a drunk driver. A traffic stop found the driver was intoxicated and he was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending charges of DWI - prior offender and driving while suspended.
April 20
12:11 a.m.: Petr L. Zaverukha, 44, Was arrested after a traffic stop near West Main Street and South Winchester avenue. The driver had a suspended license and was transported to the police department pending a uniform traffic ticket.
3:25 a.m.: Darien J. Goodin, 28, was arrested after a vehicle stop for expired registration near West Main Street and Grand Avenue. The driver was intoxicated and was transported to the police department pending a charge of DWI.

April 14
5:10 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 3500 block of Green Ridge Road for a report of theft.
April 15
1:59 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of South Limit Avenue for a report of found property. Officers located a Chime credit card and placed it into evidence at the police department.
April 16
5:38 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Brentwood Avenue in reference to a physical domestic disturbance. They collected information from both parties. A primary aggressor could not be identified and a 12-hour log was completed.
April 17
7:44 p.m.: Officers responded to the police department lobby for a report of theft from the 300 block of South Engineer Avenue. They gathered information and generated a report.
April 18
3:38 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the lobby of the police department in reference to a theft report in the 700 block of North New York Avenue. The victim reported a 30-foot scaffolding plank was stolen and taken to the scrap yard.
April 19
6:14 p.m.: Officers spoke with a complaint in the lobby from the 1300 block of South Park Avenue who complained of injuries from a domestic violence incident.
April 20
10:04 a.m.: Officers conducted a subject check at the intersection of Broadway Boulevard and Kentucky Avenue. A general information report was generated.
9:37 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Ruth Ann Drive for a subject having a mental health crisis. The subject went to the hospital to seek treatment.

April 18
4:09 p.m.: Deputies responded to a residence in the 3400 block of Route M to investigate a dog bite report. While on scene the deputy was also bit by the dog. The dog was placed into a kennel. The reporting party sustained entry and the deputy sustained a minor injury as well.

April 17
8:11 p.m.: Dakota W. Wheeler, 29, of Oak Grove was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail and released.
9:49 p.m.: Rebecca R. Gilmore, 51, of Lincoln was arrested in Pettis County for felony possession of the controlled substance and DWI drugs. She was transported to the Pettis County jail and released.
April 18
9:31 p.m.: Timothy Z. Suelter, 35, of Clinton was arrested in Henry County for felony driving while intoxicated - persistent offender. He was transported to the Henry County Jail and released.
10:42 p.m.: Jose M. Apolinar, 23, of Sedalia was arrested in Morgan County for DWI alcohol and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident. He was released for medical treatment.
10:45 p.m.: Bryan E. Sandoval, 29, of Marshall was arrested in Saline County for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was transported to the Saline County Jail and released.
April 19
3:59 a.m.: Korey S. Sheets, 34, of Tipton was arrested in Moniteau County for DWI alcohol and failure to drive on the right half of the road resulting in an accident. He was transported to the Moniteau County Jail and released.
5:55 p.m.: Chase C. Atkins, 25, of Warrensburg was arrested in Johnson County for felony driving while intoxicated causing physical injury and careless and imprudent driving. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
April 20
3:05 a.m.: Jameilah A. Harvley, 35, of Warrensburg was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in the right lane. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
