3:43 a.m. Joseph E. Weller, 25, was arrested for driving while intoxicated at the intersection of East Broadway Boulevard and South Marvin Avenue after officers conducted a traffic stop on a car with a defective headlight. The driver was determined to be intoxicated by drugs and was arrested. They were transported to the Sedalia Police Department and were released to a sober person on a municipal charge.
8:51 a.m. Paris R. Wilson, 20, was arrested for driving while suspended at the intersection of East Third Street and South Ohio Avenue after officers conducted a traffic stop on a unregistered motorcycle. Wilson was arrested for driving with suspended license and issued a municipal summons.
10:41 a.m Lanita T. N. Ward, 19, was arrested for driving while suspended in the 2800 block of West Broadway Boulevard after officers conducted a traffic stop where she was determined to have been driving while suspended. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.
9:51 p.m. Amanda M. Duncan, 36, was arrested for driving while suspended in the 2000 block of West Broadway Boulevard after officers conducted a stop a vehicle with a headlight out and a expired plate. The driver was found to have a suspended license. She was arrested, cited on scene and released.
10:22 p.m. Dakota A. Lyddon, 29, was arrested for driving while suspended at the intersection of West Third Street and South Grand Avenue after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for having a headlight out. The driver was found to have a suspended license, was arrested, taken to the Police Department, was booked and was released.
12:38 a.m. Andrew A. Garcia, 21, was arrested for driving while suspended at the intersection of East Main Street and North Ohio Avenue after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was observed running a stop sign. A computer check showed the driver had a suspended driver’s license. He was arrested, and transported to the Sedalia Police Department, where he was fingerprinted and issued a UTT.
1:54 a.m. Trenton Wingfield, 27, was arrested for driving while intoxicated at the intersection of East 4th Street and South Ohio Avenue after officers contacted a traffic stop on a vehicle not displaying a front registration plate.During the investigation it was determined the driver was intoxicated. The driver was arrested, where he was transported to the Sedalia Police Department and provided a breath sample that showed above .08. The suspect was fingerprinted, issued a UTT for DWI and released.
11:56 a.m. Officers responded to a reported theft in the 3100 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
6:15 p.m. Officers responded to the 100 block of East Broadway Boulevard in reference to a suicidal suspect. Officers made contact with him and he was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for further treatment.
1:02 a.m. Isiah E. Fielder, 18, was arrested for driving while intoxicated in Henry County. He was released.
