11:17 a.m. Johnathan F. Cota, 36, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license near the intersection of North Missouri Avenue and West Main Street after officers conducted a traffic stop. It was determined the driver did not have a valid license. He was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.
11:17 a.m. Timothy P. Cota Jr., 33, was arrested for failing to wear a seat belt and failing to show their license on demand near the intersection of North Missouri Avenue and West Main Street after officers conducted a traffic stop. A passenger, Cota was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.
8:43 p.m. Darrick T. Brown, 46, was arrested for first degree endangering the welfare of a child, first degree resisting arrest and careless driving near the intersection of East Fourth Street and South Thompson Avenue after conducting a traffic stop. The vehicle initially failed to stop and a pursuit ensued. The vehicle came to a stop, a felony traffic stop was conducted and the driver was taken into custody.
6:42 a.m. Tracy L. Markland, 51, was arrested for driving without a valid license near the intersection of East Third Street and South Thompson Boulevard after officers conducted a traffic stop for improper registration. The driver was placed under arrest for driving without a license and was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released with a citation.
7:49 a.m. William K. Brown, 48, was arrested for driving without a valid license near the intersection of East Broadway Boulevard and South Brown Avenue after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle taking an improper right turn. The driver was placed under arrest, transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released with a citation.
8:13 a.m. Maleenia M. Bishop, 23, was arrested for operating without a valid driver license near the intersection of East Boonville Road and North Heard Avenue after officers conducted a traffic stop. She was transported to the police department and released with a municipal citation.
8:51 a.m. Paris R. Wilson, 20, was arrested for driving while suspended near the intersection of East Third Street and South Ohio Avenue after officers conducted a stop on an unregistered motorcycle. The driver was arrested for driving with a suspended license and issued a municipal citation.
10:39 a.m. Yvonne L. Carreon, 27, was arrested for driving without a valid license and no proof of insurance near the intersection of West Main Street and North Missouri Avenue after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with excessive window tint. The driver was placed under arrest for driving without a valid license and was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released with two citations.
5:18 p.m. David L. Loveland, 65, was arrested for driving with an expired license near the intersection of East 16th Street and South Lamine Avenue when officers conducted a traffic stop. The vehicle was moved off of the roadway and the driver was released on scene with a municipal citation.
8:53 a.m. Veronica Matacua, 21, was arrested for driving without a valid driver’s license near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and South Harrison Avenue after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for taking an improper right turn. The driver was placed under arrest for driving without a valid license and released from the scene with a citation.
9:52 a.m. Bernabe E. Gonzalez, 67, was arrested for driving without a valid license near the intersection of East 10th Street and South Thompson Avenue after officers stopped a vehicle being operated by an individual without a valid license. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released with a citation.
6:50 p.m. Edward Garnel Marshall, 52, was charged with stealing and property damage near the intersection of South Washington Avenue and East Main Street after officers were dispatched to the area on the report of stolen fence panels from around the Washington Street Bridge. The suspect was located pulling the panels using a cart stolen from Dollar General. The panels were returned and the suspect was arrested and placed on a 24 hour hold. Three other panels were located cut up behind the suspect’s residence.
1:52 a.m. Isaiah M. Morrill, 18, was arrested for driving while suspended near the intersection of South Hancock Avenue and East Broadway Boulevard after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle not displaying front registration. A computer check showed the driver to have a suspended license. He was arrested and transported to the Sedalia Police Department where he was issued a ticket for driving while suspended.
5:05 p.m. A parks employee reported covers from the Liberty Park Train Depot building, 1500 W. Third Street had been busted.
11:56 a.m. Officers were dispatched to a reported theft in the 3100 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
2:56 p.m. Officers were dispatched to a stolen bicycle in the 900 block of South Quincy Avenue. Information was gathered and a report was generated.
6:01 p.m. A subject reported a domestic disturbance that took place in the 800 block of East Seventh Street on Aug. 12. The victim stated her boyfriend pushed her out of the house and at some point grabbed a katana and made a threat towards her. Charges are being submitted against the subject.
6:39 p.m. A subject reported found property that was located in the 700 block of East Broadway. Officers gathered the items and generated a report.
8:17 a.m. Officers respond to the 900 block of Sue Lane to gather information on a past theft.
6:05 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of West Broadway Boulevard on the report of a theft that happened earlier in the day. THe value of the stolen property was valued at $99.98.
6:12 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 3000 block of Brandon Avenue for the report of a disturbance with a firearm. Officers gathered the needed information and generated a report.
4:10 a.m. Officers took a report over the phone of harassment that took place in the 2300 block of West Main Street. Information was gathered for information to generate for further information.
8:53 a.m. Kaleb S. Dove, 31, was arrested for felony driving while revoked in Pettis County. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.
