Dec. 4

11:10 p.m.: Della Joe Henry, 59, of the 1200 block of East 14th Street was arrested after a traffic stop for improper registration. Henry was intoxicated and was transported to Bothwell for a blood draw, issued a uniform traffic ticket and released.

Dec. 5

12:54 p.m.: Saffron R. Hyde, 23, of the 2000 block of East Seventh Street was arrested after officers were dispatched to Broadway Boulevard and State Fair Boulevard for a reported hit-and -run collision. They identified Hyde and placed her under arrest for driving while suspended and leaving the scene of a collision. She was booked and released at the Pettis County Jail.

3:14 p.m.: Robert Dale Eugene Harrison, 23, of Warsaw was arrested after a traffic stop at Fourth Street and Gentry Avenue on a vehicle without registration. Harrison was arrested for driving with a revoked license and transported to the police department where he was released with a municipal summons.

7:52 p.m.: Austin Lane Chadwick, 27, of the 300 block of East Second Street was arrested after an officer responded regarding a disturbance beginning at Sonic on West Broadway. Chadwick was arrested for domestic assault, transported to the jail, booked and held for 24 hours pending a charge of third-degree domestic assault.

Dec. 4

12:10 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to a violation of an ex parte order in the 600 block of South Hancock Avenue. State charges that have been submitted to the prosecutor.

Arrests

Dec. 5

2:10 p.m.: Nathan Elmlinger, of Sedalia was arrested after deputies observed a black and gray Suzuki motorcycle traveling east on West Broadway Boulevard between two lanes of traffic while passing vehicles. Radar activation showed a speed of 65 mph in a 35 mph zone and Elmlinger was stopped. He had no motorcycle endorsement, was issued two summons and released once the motorcycle was picked up by a valid driver.
